Data Deletion

On request, we permanently delete everything tied to you: your account and login information (including sign-ins through Google or other providers), the birth details you entered (birth date, time, and city), every reading and report generated for you, your purchase records where the law allows, and your email address from our subscriber list.

Email jwchun@onezero.nowwith the subject line “Delete my data” from the email address linked to your account (or the address you used at checkout). No account is required to make a request — if you used Saju Unni as a guest, include the approximate date of your reading so we can locate it.

We confirm your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered and any purchased readings will no longer be accessible.

If you signed in through a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook, deleting your Saju Unni data removes the copy we hold — it does not change your account with that provider. You can additionally revoke Saju Unni’s access from your provider’s security settings (e.g. Google Account → Security → Third-party access, or Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites).

Where required by law, we may retain minimal transaction records (such as invoices held by our payment provider) for tax and accounting purposes. These records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for anything else.
