Privacy Policy

To build your reading and run your account, we collect the birth details you enter — your birth date, birth time, and birth city — along with your email address and the account information you create when you sign up or purchase.

We use your information to generate your reading, to fulfill and give you access to purchases, and — if you opt in — to send you one short saju email each month. We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, on servers located in the United States. We keep it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

When you buy a report, our payment provider processes your payment and receives the details needed to complete the transaction. These providers handle your data under their own privacy terms. We share your information only where it is needed to run the service or where the law requires it.

We use a few analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to make it better. Vercel Web Analytics gathers anonymous, aggregate visit data — page views, where visitors arrive from, country, and device type — without cookies and without anything that can identify you personally.

Mixpanel helps us study how people move through the product so we can improve it. This includes session replays of how pages are used; the birth details and other information you type into forms are masked by default, and your activity is linked to your account only after you sign in.

Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and how visitors reach us. It sets its own cookies and records a device identifier, approximate location, and the pages you view. We never send Google your name, email, or birth details.

We use a small cookie named sju_guest that lets us restore your reading when you return, before you have created an account. It is essential for the service to work as intended and is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics and Mixpanel also set their own cookies to recognise a returning browser and count visits. These are for measurement only — we do not run advertising cookies, and you can block or clear them in your browser settings at any time.
